晨课
黎明前与僧侣一同诵经。佛堂里檀香与诵经声交织。这宁静的时光为整个住宿定下了基调。
精进料理
佛教素食的多道式晚餐——不用肉、不用五辛、绝不浪费。每一道菜都遵循季节与戒律。
坐禅
坐。呼吸。观照。佛教中最简单的修行,由日日实践的僧侣亲自指导。
护摩供
真言宗特有的庄严仪式,护摩木作为供养在火焰中燃尽。佛堂在真言与火光中熠熠生辉。
写经
执笔逐字抄写《般若心经》。这本身就是一种禅修——一笔一画间,心绪逐渐澄明。
